Ummm I don't mean to sound pushy or anything, maybe its just a coincident but this looks a hell of alot like 's wolf Jack O Lantern. you may of seen it as a commission by [link]

ummm well maybe it was just inspired by her chara but it looks too much like hers and it would be nice just to give her a little credit if thats the case.
I don't wanna cause any trouble it would just be sad for her to find that her characters been copied by someone else. She spent alot of time thinking it up.
I know there are differences but it just looks too much like hers (plus calling it a "jack o lantern" typed wolf)

I found this picture yesturday and i wanted a second opinion from a friend before i said anything but since another friend has the same opinion as me on this topic then i will say what i want to say.

i think that this work and character has been highly inpsired by my own character Jack O' Lantern. I designed my wolf Jack O' Lantern in mid-late November of 2007. The original work of him is here [link] I'm was shocked and upset when i discovered this picture and outraged by the fact you copyrighted this character and called it Original.

This drawing was submitted on the 5th of April of this year. Almost 5 months after i designed my character! You have probably never seen the original before but i can't imagine you denying that you have never seen the commission by of MY chracter Jack O' Lantern which can be found here [link] which i must add was on the frontpage in the popular section then the print section for several days.

I don't kow what action i want to see take place in this situation. I've seen stuff like this happen to other people but never imagined this happening to me. I feel upset at this situation. I don't like hurting people and i'm sorry if you are really upset about he things I've said. If you had not said "HALLOWEEN WOLF" and "Jack o lantern Wolf type" then i might have let this slip past with a bit of an annoyed comment but you have created a wolf so similar to my own character that i had to speak out.

Jack O' Lantern or Jackal as he is called by his friends or Jack as i fondly call him is very dear to me and this issue of heavy character influence is really disturbing for me.

I wish to disscuss this matter with you further and i would in the least like you to give me some credit for the "original" design of this wolf Haroux.

It's part of my holiday wolfs original charcters but I only posted Haroux (harou-xeen) Halloween in japanese then i took off the other letters to make Haroux

oh yesh, I just entered DA this March 2 or 3 2008 so I had no idea and i dont view much of the galleries only the main page where you could see the recent deviantions

yeah haroux looks like jack but in the designs they are different but the colors are the same but hey when did you see a pink, yellow, blue, red or white jack o lantern?
